Kempsey Indoor Sports is the largest indoor sports centre on the Mid North Coast, with year round activities catering for schools, individuals and sports groups. Competitions for cricket, netball, soccer and squash are run year round. Check the starting date for the next competition. Get your workmates together to form a team OR let us get you into a team.

The squash courts and indoor nets are available for hire on a half hour or hourly basis. A fully equipped gym is located at Kempsey Indoor Sports where you have hydraulic, pin-loaded and free weights to choose from.

Kempsey Indoor Sports run circuit and step classes and you have plenty of time for personal workouts whenever the Centre is open. Our gym is well known for it's friendly relaxed atmosphere, so that no matter what shape you are in you will feel comfortable. We can have personalised training programs designed to suit your needs.

You can become a member on a one month, quarterly, half yearly or yearly basis. This gives you full access to all the facilities in the Centre and discounts on sports equipment.



Kempsey Indoor Sports offers the ideal venue for your next group function, with both children and adults being able to enjoy all the facilities the Centre has to offer. The price is very competitive with an hourly rate regardless of how many are in your party. Come on a Saturday night or Sunday and have the whole Centre to yourself. There is a barbeque area and pool, so you can bring your own meat and salads and self-cater. Catering can be negotiated.
