Classes are $7, $5 for seniors.

Get ready for the long hot summer feeling fantastic.

Mums, bring the kids along, there is plenty for them to do while you are at class.

Stretch Class is on Tuesdays 9.30am and Saturdays at 10.30am

On Saturdays your instructor is Dawn. She has completed a IStretch Teacher Training certificate with Kit Laughlin (ANU Canberra) and loves stretching out those stiff and aching bodies. Come along and see for yourself. A variety of moves from chair based stretches to using the walls of the squash courts! Bring along a towel, cushion and yoga mat if you have on. The session finishes with a 10 minute relaxation.

These are private classes designed to make your pre-schooler safe in the water.

When the warmer weather arrives they are held on
Wednesdays and Fridays

9.00am till 12.00noon

Each class runs for 15 minutes.

Bookings are essential

Afternoon classes available by appointment
