| Player Guidelines
* All players please be aware of your game times... * All teams need to be at the Centre and ready to play 10 minutes prior to scheduled start time, (that means paying your money too. If you haven't paid and are on the field you will be removed immediately.) *Any teams not on the field ready to play when the timer starts will give 1 goal to the opposing team for every 15 seconds late. Our timer is automatic so please be on time. * Please be courteous to the referee's you wouldn't be playing if we didn't have them. * Registration is to be paid by round 3. No exceptions. You will not be be permitted to play if not paid. * Matching coloured shirts to be worn from Round 3. 2 goal penalty to offending players. * Have Fun. that's whats its all about. |

| Fill in Players and qualifying.
It is a teams responsibility to qualify enough players for the finals series. Under no circumstances is there to be fill in or replacement players for the finals. Players must play a minimum of 5 games to qualify for the finals. Teams may use a maximum of 2 fill in players that are registered with other teams (not for finals). A 2 goal penalty per player will be enforced. |

| Indoor Soccer Rules 23/10/09
5 people per team on the field at any one time, with a maximum of 3 males. 1 person must be the goalkeeper. If three males take the field one must be a goalkeeper. Games may commence with a minimum of 3 players of which one must be female. The game will consist of four 8-minute quarters with a 2-minute half time. The ball will be size 5. The team winning the toss will kick off. A goal cannot be scored directly from the kick off. The team kicking off will do so from the middle of the centre circle and all attacking players must be behind the ball. The ball must be propelled forward and touch another player before the original kicker can touch the ball or a goal scored. All defending players must be behind the red line and cannot cross until the ball has been kicked. A team can only interchange players during change of ends or injury. There will be NO offside; a player may stand anywhere on the field. (Except for the goalkeeper and goal circle.) Back pass not permitted unless the ball is deflected of the net. NO slide tackling allowed. A direct free kick will be awarded if a player kicks, trips, charges, strikes or holds an opponent or intentionally handles the ball. A penalty kick will be awarded if any of these offences occurs within 3 meters of the goal circle. An indirect free kick will be awarded if a player intentionally obstructs an opponent or is playing in a dangerous manner. All opposing players must be 3 metres away form the ball, and must not move towards the ball until it is kicked by the attacking player. The net cannot be held onto or touched at any time. (Indirect free kick for opposing team). The goalkeeper must remain inside the goal circle and no other player may enter the goal circle. An indirect free kick will be issued for the opposing team. After receiving the ball a goalkeeper may throw or kick the ball back into play. The ball must bounce in the goalkeepers own half or be touched by a player; otherwise an indirect free kick will be awarded at the halfway line. The goalkeeper must release the ball within 5 seconds of receiving it. A goal is scored when the ball hits inside the goal. (referees discretion) It is recommended that all players wear shin guards. Jewelry will NOT be permitted. Sport shoes only will be allowed. NO shoes with studs. All players participating in finals must have played a minimum of 5 games to be eligible.
UNIFORMS All teams should be dressed in the same coloured top. Players must be in similar coloured shirts by 3rd round. 2 goals per player will be awarded to the opposing team. Further penalties could be applied for continuing to break the rules. REGISTRATION Must be paid by 3rd round. Penalty - not permitted to take the court until paid. (After 3 games) FILL-IN PLAYERS Teams may use a maximum of two fill-in players that are registered with other teams. 2 goals per player will be awarded to the opposing team. * It is a teams responsibility to qualify enough players for the finals. There is to be no substitutes/fill in players for the finals. Players must play a minimum of 5 games to qualify for finals. LATE ARRIVAL 1 penalty shot per minute of being late. Forfeit will occur after 8 minutes of game time has elapsed. PENALTIES Cautionable offences (yellow card) 1. The referee will have the power to send a player to the "SIN BIN". Time given will be at the discretion of the Referee. This player may not be replaced. 2. Offences Include: * Late tackles * Deliberate trip * Foul tackle from behind * Heavy body charge * Dissent * Excessive pushing * Elbowing opponent * Dangerous tackle * Sledging/player abuse. * 2 YELLOW PENALTIES IN ONE GAME - RESULTS IN SUSPENSION OF 1 GAME o Send off - RED CARD 1 week automatic suspension (however, a longer suspension may be imposed at the discretion of the competition organisers). * Offences include: * Serious foul play * Violent conduct * Spitting * Offensive, insulting or abusive language
